WE have a large stock of products, and usually ship through Canada post, but if you prefer we offer fast shipping through UPS as well at an additional cost.

We have reduced our prices so much that we can not afford to have free shipping like most of our competitors offer by adding twice as much for S&H to their costs. However for Vancouver area we offer free shipping for orders of over $50.00 through our agents

Shipping Methods

UPS does not ship on holidays or weekends, we are not open during the weekends as well.

All cleared orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Due to uncontrollable variables, the delay of the availability of an item is sometimes inevitable. In cases when you have ordered a back ordered item, we will contact you via telephone or email for the estimated arrival time of the delayed shipment. When you have confirmed with us your decision to wait for the shipment, your item will be shipped to you automatically when it becomes available.

To ensure delivery, we only ship to confirmed addresses and not PO BOXES.

Expedited - Only $4.95 (Flat Rate) - Fastest ground service. Canada Post Expedited Parcel services usually takes 3 to 7 business days to deliver the package to the destination.

Xpresspost - Only $20.00 for all orders. Canada Post Xpresspost Services usually takes up to 2 business days to deliver the package to the destination.

Most of the orders are shipped from our affiliated office in Burnaby, BC.

Track Your Package - You can always track your package on the carrier's website we used to ship your order. The tracking numbers for each shipped orders are automatically emailed for you right after shipping.

International shipping methods and costs vary depending on the location, weight, and amount of items being shipped. We require a minimum order of CD$100 and reserve the right to refuse international shipments to certain countries.

In case you live in an area where temperatures are too hot or too cold, in order to avoid any damage to your order if it is left outdoors at the delivery location, please let us know so that we Will ship it specially packed, while letting the shipper to know the case.

All orders that have been processed (Charged) can not be canceled under any circumstances. Most of our orders are processed within 2-3 days.
