Ordering policy Return Policy - We do not accept any return for refund after 20 days from the date of shipment. No refund will be issued if the product has a broken seal or is used. Products that are extensively used cannot be returned as defective item.
- To initiate the return, please contact us with your full name and order number. We will send you via email, RON (Return Order Number) and an address to which to return the item, Please package the product securely and buy insurance to protect yourself from accidental damage or lost item. Return of incorrect Merchandise Shipped - If we ship you an incorrect item, we will exchange it with a correct cartridge at no cost to you at all, including the S&H. provided you report us the shipping mistake within 60 days after the product is shipped to you.
Return of defective products Return of defective product on arrival (DOA)*
- We thoroughly test our cartridges several times in the production line, before it is shipped from our warehouse. However, if our cartridge is proven to be defective on arrival and was not defected during the shipment, we will gladly issue you a refund, store credit, or replace the defective product with an even exchange of the same item, plus we send you by email or mail a Pre-paid shipping label. Please note that you must report us DOA within 45 days from the date product is shipped, and you must return the defective cartridge to us, after our acknowledgement.

Return of defective products on arrival (shipper’s Fault) - If you receive damaged box upon delivery, please refuse the product upon original delivery attempt.

Return of defective product after being used* - If the product is found to be defective after 45 days from the date of shipment or after 15% or more usage of its original capacity, you can return the product back to us for repair service.
- Our technician will repair the defective product at no additional charge. Since our warranty covers only parts and labor, you will be charged for the shipping cost of the item back to you.
- In a case if the product cannot be repaired, we will determine the prorated value of the cartridge based on its usage and issue you a store credit so that customer can order a new cartridge from our website.

Return of unopened, non damaged and non defective product - You can ship the product to us after our acknowledgment within 20 days, and then the manufacturer's box and or its seal must be intact.
- We will refund you the lesser of your purchase price or sale price of the product at the time we received your return.
- You will be charged restocking fee, the greater of $5 or 20% of total amount paid for the products. Shipping cost will not be refunded unless we had sent you a wrong product.
- Refunds are usually processed within 10-14 business days from the date we receive your return. The refund amount will be credited back to the same credit card and or account: you used to purchase the product.
Return of Opened, non damaged and non defective item. - We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and is not defective.
Replacement Policy -
